During one week, each day, take a moment to complete an Art Therapy exercise. No artistic skills required. No specific materials other than paper and colored pencils. Take the time to do a little introspection and let your creativity speak. Alone, with family, or with friends, these easy and quick exercises will give you a foundation to share or reflect on your emotions, perceptions, and aspirations. Suitable for adults and children.
